The roots of the Boyer family’s winemaking tradition trace back to Burgundy, France, where the Domaine Boyer-Martenot has cultivated vineyards across the Côte de Beaune for generations.
With 10 hectares spanning Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresses, and Pommard, the family has long believed that great wine begins in the vineyard. From 1997 to 2007, the Domaine expanded its holdings to include premier cru parcels such as Meursault “Les Tillets,” Meursault 1er Cru “Les Perrières,” and Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “Le Cailleret.”
Traditional, low-intervention farming methods guide the work—soil cultivation, careful crop management, green harvests, and hand-picking—allowing the vines and soil to express themselves naturally.
Vincent’s Story
